This app is horrendous, useless and UX is not intuitive. I wasted my money on Atom 2,

I have never had the app to crush so many times with the Atom 1. Atom 2 is really disappointing compared to the first version. Is a downgrade. Things to fix: Recording on at least 60fps, Able to choose the wide angle of Google Pixel 6, Reduction of crashing of app. I don't know if it's a software issue or just the device, but even if it's well balanced and i don't move it starts moving little by little on its own, unnecessarily.

Garbage, Garbage App, Garbage product, Garbage company.. Nothing good came out from this company's campaign.. 100% backers are 100% disappointed.. Do not support any campaign from this company..

The gimbal works, but the feature in the app are bugged as hell: the app frequently resets the phone upon starting, the "2x2" panorama mode most of the time creates landscape photos, making it useless. Also, no support for Raw photos even on phones that have them

I got atom I like it but I am disappointed. Everything I take a picture it get frozen and I have to reset it go back again .it's the app .I am going to return the gamble I had enough costumer don't help either. It should be another device better

As is so often the case with smart phone related kickstarter hardware, the snoppa atom 2 accompanying app is disappointing right now. On my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra the video quality recorded by this app is low, with inconsistent frame rate in the final video, and no choice of back camera. Thankfully the gimbal works fine with the standard camera app, though advanced features like panorama etc are not supported. If I was snoppa I'd work on compatibility with other apps, like FiLMiC Pro etc.
